Our CDD is Governed by the
Florida Statutes and Resolution 98-01

C.D.D.'s are governed by The Florida Statutes:

Explanation:

State law Section 190.041, Florida Statutes is the statute that governs enforcement by residents of C.D.D. policies and rules.

State law Section 190.006, Florida Statutes governs how a C.D.D. is organized.

State law Section 190.012, Florida Statutes lists the powers of a C.D.D.

Resolution 98-01:  

Resolution 98-01:  Resolution of the Board of Supervisors of the Lake St. Charles Community Development District Adopting User Fees for District Facilities.

 

CDD's are government entities, and therefore subject to the
