CDD Newsletter

The CDD publishes a monthly newsletter for residents.  The newsletter also contains information about the LSC Homeowners' Association (HOA).

The newsletter is printed by the CDD and distributed by Wonderful, Terrific LSC Homeowners who volunteer their time to place the newsletter on each front door. 

The personal hand delivery saves you the cost of mailing the newsletter.  The savings in mail costs allows the CDD to put more money into the actual preparation of the newsletter.  Therefore, when you see one of your neighbors walking door-to-door with the newsletters, please thank them and if it's August and they seem weary from the heat, tell them, "You look marvelous!"
