Manatees at the TECO Apollo Beach Viewing Facility.   These are two of the most attractive manatees in Florida, not like the others (only about 3,000 total) who can look gray and wrinkly.  In Tampa Bay during the summer, there are about 100 manatees.  During the winter, the Tampa Bay manatee population doubles to about 200, many congregate at the TECO plant.
