OBTAINING HOA RECORDS.  Because the Association is not a governmental entity like the C.D.D., the Association is not subject to the Public Records law, but it is, of course, subject to the Association's own bylaws.  All lot owners are members of the Association and the bylaws state that all members may obtain copies of the Association's books and records,  Article VII, section 5.
